James graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015 and has been working in musculoskeletal therapy and rehabilitation since, much of his experience being with persistent or recurring pain and injuries. James has a passion for taking a holistic and individualised approach to physiotherapy, seeking to empower people with the knowledge, tools and skills to take control of their own rehabilitation and overall health.

James is the Director of The Foot Collective Australia, part of a global health education company with a mission to help humans reclaim strong, functional and pain-free bodies, starting at the feet. As such he has a keen interest in treating all types of conditions of the feet and lower limbs along with preventing and rehabilitating age-related balance and mobility issues.

In his spare time, James will be practicing some form of movement – whether that is gymnastics, hand balancing, climbing, weightlifting or martial arts, he is always looking for ways to expand and upgrade his movement vocabulary. This puts him in the best position possible to help others along their own journey towards movement freedom.
